I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than five years of experience providing compassionate, client-centered care to individuals across the lifespan, from children to older adults.
I have had the privilege of supporting clients through life's challenges while adapting therapy to each person's unique strengths, needs, and abilities, including individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
My work is grounded in trauma-informed interventions that help clients build resilience, develop practical coping skills, and create lasting change.

Why Salt & Sand?
Salt and Sand Counseling was inspired by the way salt and sand can represent the different parts of our healing journey.
Salt has long been used to preserve what is good and meaningful. In the same way, therapy can help us recognize, protect, and hold onto the parts of ourselves that are worth preserving - our strengths, values, relationships, and sense of self.
Sand reminds us that healing takes time. Just as waves and sand gradually smooth the sharp edges of sea glass, our experiences - including challenges, life transitions, pain, and trauma - can shape us over time. With care, support, and healing, those rough edges can soften, and what once felt broken or painful can become something meaningful and beautiful.
At Salt and Sand Counseling, I believe therapy is a place to honor what has carried you this far while creating space to heal, grow, and move forward. You do not have to erase your experiences to heal from them.
