Rates & Payment

Session Rates

Each counseling session is 50 minutes.

Individual Sessions

$130 per session

50-minute online counseling session

Couples Sessions

$150 per session

50-minute online counseling session

Forms of Payment

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and eligible Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards are accepted.

HSA and FSA eligibility varies by plan. Please check with your plan administrator to confirm that counseling services are eligible.

Do you offer online counseling?

Yes. Salt and Sand Counseling currently offers online counseling for clients located in New Jersey.

Who do you work with?

Jaime works with individuals across the lifespan, including children, teens, adults, and older adults. She also has experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

What can therapy help with?

Therapy can support clients through stress, life challenges, difficult experiences, trauma-related concerns, coping skills, emotional regulation, and personal growth. Care is adapted to each person's needs, strengths, and goals.
